Services:

•    The producing and the annual supplying of about 1.000.000 STAS vines of classic sorts, new ones, clones of high quality – certified planting material according to the legislation in force;
•    Histological analyses concerning the viability and fertility of the buds outcome;
•    Projects for establishing new vineyards;
•    Technical assistances for setting up new plantations, the new pruning systems, the disease and pests control, the working of the soil, etc…  
•    Analyses concerning the ripening and establishing of the optimum moment for harvesting;
•    Technical assistance in applying the technological schemes for obtaining the white and red, dry, demy-dry and sweet wines;
•    The analyses of the young wines with disease and defects establishing the causes and the corrective measures;
•    Wine summary analyses for determining the alcohol degree, the residual sugar and the total acidity;
•    Stability test performing of the wines for a longer keeping period;
•    Technical and technological information concerning machines, equipment, installations, recipients, etc. for producing wines of different categories and types.

•    The method of biotechnical control of the grapes moth;
•    Pesticide tests for their homologation in Romania;
•    Own vinification technologies differentiated according to the wine type;
•    Modern methods for conditioning and stabilizing of the wine;
•    The delimiting of the areas of culture upon production directions ecologically favorability;
•    The ecological monitoring of the viticulture areas from Dobrudja.


We are authorized for performing the following activities:
•    the projecting and approving of the viticulture plantations,
•    the performing of the quality control of the wines in Dobrudja in laboratory authorized in the European Community,
•    the approving of the wine exports from Dobrudja by the presence of the viticulture inspector acknowledged by the European Union.

Production directions: DOC, DOC-CMD, DOC-CT, DOC-CIB wines

•    Average productions per hectare: 6 to 12 tones/hectare – according to the sort and type of wine which will be obtained
•    The sugar content at harvesting: 196-260 g/l according to the sort
•    The average acidity of the must: 5.66-7.14 g/l  (tartaric acid.)
•    Harvesting of the grapes – manually
•    Processing capacity: 140 tones grapes/day
•    The fermenting capacity: 6500 hectoliters of which 1500 hectoliters for macerating – fermenting
•    The stocking capacity: 8500 hectoliters of which 3000 hectoliters in oak barrels
•    Storing conditions
•    The cazier wine cellar, beginning with 1925, 40.000 bottles – renewed annually.
